Wow...we need to start giving this little sassy boy trouble. He has become quite the little stinker. Sawyer hates to be teased, he only likes to hear the honest truth. Sawyer is very particular...if you dont say something perfectly right he will correct you in his squeeky little voice. Last night we were going swimming and Jared told Sawyer that he liked his shorts, Sawyer said in his squeeky voice, "they arent shorts, its a swim suit." or he got a new mohawk and if anyone says I like your haircut, he gets upset and says, "its not a haircut its a mohawk." or if you tease him that his name is Bob he says, "Im not Bob, Im Sawyer." He is not a very friendly little guy and likes those who are around him alot. Chase, one of Jared's friends, was here helping dig on the jumps in the back yard and the tractor was getting too close to Sawyer and we were telling Sawyer to move out of the way....Chase grabbed Sawyer and tossed him in the air (which Sawyer hates more than anything), Sawyer got so mad at this stranger throwing him in the air, he wound up and hit Chase right in the face. That is my little boy, he is very serious with no joking around. We were at the bank one day and I asked the lady for a sucker and she said they were out, Sawyer got so mad at the lady, he was yelling at her and pointing his finger at her saying "dont you say that" over and over. He sometimes embarasses me because he tells people exactly what he thinks in a not so friendly way. He is a very fun little boy.....I just wanted to write a little about his funny personaliy at alomst 3 years old.

Basketball 2011

Basketball this year was really fun to have the boys on the same team. When one would make a basket they would be so proud of their brother, giving a hug or a high five. They love basketball so much and they are getting so much better being aggresive, getting the ball, getting rebounds, gurarding their guy, and shooting any chance they got. SO FUN!!

The other day, all the kids went outside and started playing football...these moments are rare! My boys don't play games well with eachother, one is thinking the other is a cheater or being a baby... what ever it might be I needed to take a picture of them all playing a game and having fun. I am going insane with the amout of dirt going on at my house...this week we have had 3 different tractors changing the jumps completly and a bunch of Jared's buddies working out the new line. My house is full of dirt because the kids are rolling down the jumps...they are having a blast, I really do love it when kids play in dirt...they have so much fun getting dirty.

Pine Wood Derby 2011

This is the last year of Pine wood derby for Kaleb and the first year for Gabe. It is so fun to see the energy the boys get when they go to the race. Kaleb won the "Best Paint Job" and Gabe won "1st place." Gabe's car didn't loose a race, it was awesome!! It was funny because after the races were done, Kaleb started racing his car backwards and it was winning the races, it was a fun night for the boys.

My little angel is 7 years old now.....I can hardly believe it. I just want to write some little memories of my sweet little girl over the past year. Savannah is the sweetest girl in the whole world....she also has over the past year become more dramatic with stomping her feet when she is told no and teasing her brothers. Kaleb says " mom, she teases me and I cant do anything about it because she is a girl" Savannah thinks she needs to be playing with someone every second of the day, if there is just one day that goes by without a friend to play with she thinks she never gets to play. She started 1st grade this year and it was a challenge for her and I. I am not kidding when I say she cried every day when I dropped her off, as I was walking out of her class room, I would have to run because I was in tears before I got to my car. This went on from September until January....I had to start the tough love because it was killing me, so I told her she would be grounded from playing after school if she cried anymore, the tears stopped from that day on. I think she was playing me the whole time. Savannah has been begging for her ears pierced for about 2 years now, Jared was not wanting to have his little girl grow up. At Christmas time we took the kids shopping at the mall and she was begging the whole time we were at the mall. The tear came and the "please dad"....she got her ears pierced and has loved them. She changes her earings multiple times a day. She was spoiled on her birthday, she got an American doll from us, we took her to lunch at Olive Garden, went to dinner at Grandma Latimer's, sleep over with her sweet cousin Bergen, snuggles with her Uncle Christian, Grandma date with Grandma Smith, and a whole lot of love from the whole family. Happy Birthday sweet Savannah..We Love YOU!!

Kaleb turned 10 years old on August 24 and he keeps reminding me that he is in the double digits. He is one boy that is excited to grow up. For his birthday we had a family party and then a couple of weeks later we did an air soft party with his buddies. This party suits Kaleb so much, he loves his air soft gun. Kaleb is in 4th grade now, he is really good at getting his school work done, he works hard at school so that he can have his nights free from homework. He loves to read the books "Diary of a Wimpy Kid", "The Adventures of Captain Underpants", and "Wayside School". These books remind me of Kaleb, he loves to giggle at people doing naughty things. Another thing about Kaleb is that he is money hungry, he wants to make money!! He also likes to spend it the second it hits the wallet, we are trying to teach him about saving, he doesn't care about that right now. We love Kaleb so much, he takes the roll of being the oldest really great, he is very loyal to his family and friends, loving, and very fun. I love you Kaleb!!

I love this man so much, I am just having a moment as I do my blog, just thinking how lucky my children and i are to have such a devoted man in our life.

Gabriel has a one track mind and when we go to the desert, all he can think about is catching lizards, we his parents are so excited when he finally does because then he relaxes a little. We ended up spending the week end with some great friends, "the Miller's", we did some rock climbing, and then we watched Marshal Miller base jump off a cliff. Bless his sweet wife for watching, that is scary stuff!!

Jared took the boys on a bike ride to Gemini Bridges, it was really long for them but they did awesome.

Gabriel's Baptism!!

On April 24, Gabriel was baptized by his dad!! He was such a proud little man that day and couldn't have prouder parents for his important decision. Jared and I are really lucky to have such a sweet boy that is a great example to us. Grandpa Lou gave the talk on baptism and did a great job. After we came back to our house and had a BBQ. It was a great day, Congrats Gabriel!!

On April 15, Gabriel turned 8 and we tried to keep it simple because it is his baptism, we had a really fun day and made it super special for a super special boy. He wanted a remote control car and so that is what he got. The top picture is of Grandpa Eldon giving Birthday spankings. Grandpa Lou never misses the special days,he makes a big effort to remember everyone. We love you Grandpa Lou!! I love this little man so much, there isn't anyone who will make you feel more loved. He was visited by his Grandparents, taken to the skate park with his BFF Kanyon Coles and a bunch of cousins,and then home for Wendy's dinner with cake and ice cream. Happy Birthday Gab-o!!

On April 23, Sawyer turned 2. My baby is growing up so fast. He is such a fun little dude, his most favorite thing to do is go to the Jr High (right across the street) to ride his little bike and go off jumps. The only thing that Jared and I could think of to get him as a gift is some biking gloves because he is always wanting to wear Gabriel's old ones. The most favorite thing he is doing lately is asking "Can I...." about anything. He will ask "Can I pinch you, Can I, Can I? or Can I push the button, can I, can I? and this button is to turn the computer off and he knows it is a no, no!

These pictures made me laugh out loud. This was a fun night, the girls were so giggly and so silly. This party included all the older girl cousins, Andelin Baldwin, Burgen Baldwin, Eva Bromley, Lucy Bromley, and Katie Cressler. The night was just all about playing and having fun. We did a movie night with some pedicures and manicures, and cake and icecream. I love girlie stuff and Savannah is the most sweetest little angle ever. I am so thankful for her. Trip to Canada after 5 years

When I saw how much mud was in the backyard, I thought that if I was a kid I would love to splash in that. When I went in the house and told the kids to get some old clothes on and go play in the mud, they looked at me and thought I was crazy. Once they knew I was serious, they dove right in.

We had a backyard party for Sawyer on April 23, he turned 1!! It was fun with cake, ice cream, and a pinata. Sawywer was kind of a grump because he was tired but he had a great birthday with all the people that love him. We are so lucky that we are surrounded by loved ones.

Gabriel had his 7th birthday on April 15!! Gabe is such an awesome kid!! We went to classic skating for his birthday with mostly family and his best buddy Kanyon Coles. My kids also cant wait for their birthday because they love to make their birthday cake and obviously Gabe loves to lick the spoon. Things that we love about Gabe is the amount of love that he shows everyone. He is so social and will make friends anywhere because he isn't afraid to ask anyone a question and strike up some sort of conversation. Gabe is our little goof, pest, and tease, anyone smaller than him watch out. Gabe is so determined at everything, when he wants to do something he will practice and practice until he gets it. Gabriel wants to be just like his dad, when Jared has a hobby, Gabriel is right beside him trying to master the hobby. One other thing, Gabriel is always dirty, if he is doing anything the mess is on him and not on the project. There isn't a day that goes by that we don't get a love from Gabe, he is so sweet and tender and we love him.

Kaleb and Gabriel did so great in Basketball this year. It is fun to see the improvements each year. Gabriel was so aggressive, he went after the ball and couldn't wait to shoot it. Kaleb is a good little dribbler and is also agressive. Kaleb just runs down the court with a big smile on his face. I love to watch them get better each game.

Sawyer is 11 months old on the 23nd, he is so fun. He is such a little pig when it comes to food. He eats alot!! Sawyer is crawling and pulls himself up on everything, he will soon be walking. Sawyer loves to be outside and is constantly trying to eat the dirt and rocks. He is so much fun!! He has 7 teeth (4 on top and 3 on the bottom). When I am talking to him, he will talk back and sometimes it sounds like he is trying to mimic what I am saying. Sawyer will give kisses but only when he is in the mood. He is now into all cupboards pulling out everything. He sleeps through the night and takes 2 naps a day. He has been such a good baby and we are so lucky to have him in our family.

On March 6, 2009 Jared and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary. We went up to Park City and spent only one night since Sawyer is still so little. We did 2 days of skiing/snowboarding, went out for a nice dinner, and there happened to be a band playing at a club downtown Park City and so we went and chilled there for a little while. I love my hubby so much, he is such a good man. Some things that I love about him are: he tells me he loves me multiple times a day, he wants me to have hobbies and friends and allows me to have that freedom, he is a great dad, he never gets overly stressed about anything, he is who he is, he never gossips, he is still a kid at heart, he is loyal to me and his friendships, he is affectionate, he loves to spoil me, he gives me confidence to do most anything... and the list could go on and on. I love my marrige and am excited for the years to come.

Oh, sweet Savannah, my only little girl. I love Savannah so much, she has always been such an easy little girl that is so sweet and brings so much joy. My favorite thing latly that she does is when we are tucking her into bed and we are saying our "I love you's" she alway says, " I love you as much as there are clouds in the sky, I love you as much as there are houses, I love you as much as air, I love you as much leaves in the world, I love you as much as... the list goes on and on. She is so lucky to have her dad who will treasure her, protect her, and love her. She is so girly and yet so tom boy all at the same time. She loves to play with her dolls and is so cute using the hooter hider to nurse her baby doll. She is really good at raking leave and sweeping up the drive way. She loves her best friends that are her cousins Bergan, Katie, and Lucy. I am sad that she is 5 already and off to kindergarten in the fall, I wish I could freeze time so my kiddos would stay young.

Girls day out!! Nettie and I went to the Canyons skiing. It was so much fun, like we were in High School again. We both haven't gone much since High School and it was a hoot getting us out on the slopes again. I have some really amazing sisters and I love them so much!!

We had such a great week at the cabin. We were surrounded by so much love with all 8 of the Gregg and Helen Latimer kids, spouses, and grandkids. I love family and am so thankful that we could all be together, it was truly magical. We did alot of relaxing, played games, watched movies, went on a daily ski, sledding, made sugar cookie decorations for the Christmas tree, read a book, and the cousins had a blast playing from sun up (6am) to sun down (10pm).

The kids had so much fun playing in the snow for the first time in early December. My kids love to tease Grandpa by threwing snow at him, they think this is so fun. We enjoyed a overnighter with my mom and dad and it was so awesome!! My mom is always willing to stay back at the hotel with the baby and my dad is always wanting to play and entertain the kids. Thank you for being such great parents and grandparents.

I got the house clean for about a minute. I cleared everyone out while I snapped some pictures. I cant believe how hard it is to keep up on the clutter of everyday living. We are enjoying our house so much, it has such personality and is so cozy. There is a loft upstairs with an office/craft room and Savannah's room. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms where the boys are, a storage room, and a Family room. I'm just hoping that I don't have to move for a very long time.

Can you belive all the leaves. Our house is surrounded by 7 huge trees and we are just amazed at the amount of leaves there are. This is our new house that we moved into 6 months ago. I haven't posted any pictures yet and so here it is. The house was built in 1929 and is so charming. Jared is building dirt jumps for his mountain bike. Latly I have had about 4 men (boys) in the back yard building the bad "A" dirt jumps. Jared's dream was to have a yard big enough to have dirt jumps and now his dream has come true. I would have posted inside pictures but my house needs a cleaning so that will have to wait. We love our little cottage, it will be a fun house and yard to raise our little family.
